| To provide a professional, personal and friendly service and to ensure all your property management needs are met to a highly satisfactory standard.
Our complete property management caretaker service includes:
o key holder for alarm call outs, power checks after storms and general concerns
o check services, i.e. electric, water, phone etc.
o checking lights and replacing of bulbs where necessary (bulbs at an extra cost)
o check for dampness, where applicable empty dehumidifiers and air property
o evidence of any water leaks or water entering from neighbouring properties.
o toilets flushed, taps run to avoid musty smells and prevent the ball valves sticking.
o all external doors and windows are inspected for signs of attempted entry.
o if applicable check operation of alarm system.
o if required collect and forward mail.
Prompt action will be taken for any emergency repairs due to storm, burglaries, etc ensuring extensive damage is not caused. All other matters will be reported with recommendations and where necessary estimates for rectification.
Pre, interim and post cleaning/linen changes can be arranged together with a meet and service.
Any additional requests can be catered for including a “spring clean” before the summer season commences, window cleaning, power washing of patios, repainting both the exterior and interior of your properties and much more.
We can also arrange, where required, hiring of equipment such as baby cots, car seats, push chairs, electric fans, portable air conditioning units, high chairs, dehumidifiers. We will endeavour to provide any item requested to ensure you and your guests have that extra special holiday.
We are able to offer a pool maintenance service to ensure your pool is kept pristine for your enjoyment. The service is carried out twice a week during the peak summer periods and once a week for the remainder of the year. Additional Building Services
We can cater for any internal building requirements from general maintenance to larger building projects, refits and reforms.
Additional external works can be undertaken including walls, decking projects, covering of terraces, car ports, pergolas, summer kitchens, pathways, terraces and patios, garden maintenance and landscaping from rockeries to total landscaping projects. A full estimate will be provided for any areas of works required together with drawings and planning where required. We shall be pleased to discuss your requirements, without obligation.
Clean Note: Should sofa beds etc be used an additional will be charged for the linen change.
